Rheocasting is no longer a "Science-Fair Project"
We’re excited to share that EUROGUSS 365 has published the first part of an interview with Fabian Niklas on Rheocasting:

In the interview, Fabian talks about three points that he believes matter most right now:
- Why Rheocasting is no longer an experimental topic, but a process already proving itself in series production
- Where it creates real value, especially in demanding applications such as high-conductivity heat sinks and helium-tight components
- Why many companies still underestimate its potential, because they approach it like a simple substitute for conventional high-pressure die-casting
For Fabian, the key point is that Rheocasting should not be judged by its ability to replicate existing high-pressure die-cast parts. Its real strength is realized when it enables better performance, new design options, or a more economical solution.
If you are working on future casting applications, thermal management, leak-tight components, or process innovation in foundries, this interview may be worth a read.
