Learn Rheocasting with Ease

Training programs are always the same. You have to apply months in advance, and when the time arrives, it is the worst timing to step out of the daily business for a few days. Then you have to travel wherever the organiser puts the event, trying to schedule as many calls during the dive or write emails as fast as the internet on the train allows you to.

When the training starts, the situation gets worse. You see the notifications increasing on your screen. At the same time, you should be focusing on listening to the trainer. Even if you put your phone in aeroplane mode, the work thing is still in the back of your mind. Additionally, 8 hours of constant input leads to fatigue.

How do we Learn?

Learning isn’t just about hearing new information; it’s a biological process in the brain. When we learn, our brain forms new connections between neurons. This process is called neuroplasticity. This requires focused attention, active engagement, and repetition over time. The more often we revisit and apply what we’ve learned, the stronger and more efficient those neural pathways become.

The amygdala, which processes emotion, plays a critical role too. It helps us remember things that feel important or emotionally charged, but it can also work against us. Under stress (like juggling work during an all-day seminar), the amygdala can trigger a fight-or-flight response, making it harder for the brain to take in and store new information.

Crucially, sleep and rest are essential. They help consolidate learning, transferring it from short-term to long-term memory. Without breaks and proper rest, the brain simply can’t lock in what it’s trying to learn.

How does the Rheocasting Masterclass work?

Usually, we send our best people to training to make them even better. But these are the ones with the fullest plates. Taking these people out of their work for days lets the amygdala shut down all the learning. That is not what I want for my participants.

The Rheocasting Masterclass works with a series of live webinars. In these webinars, the required information is delivered in an engaging way. That makes picking up the information easier. The next step is applying the gained knowledge to repeat the information and form a durable connection between the neurons. The next webinar is scheduled for a few weeks later, allowing you to rest and apply the knowledge, which will help you store it in your long-term memory.

The clue is that each of these webinars takes 90 minutes to 2 hours. A time with proper planning that can be carved out of your day. So, you can focus entirely on the contents of the webinar. Also, the same webinar will be held multiple times to accommodate time zones, filled calendars, and vacation weeks.
